ROCKNEVENTS is seeking out-going, confident, and bold Booking Associates who are looking for a sphere to work that motivates, challenges and inspires them on an ever-growing basis. A sphere where service comes from their inner-Spartans and not from a handbook. A sphere that vows impactful performances that will impact the lives of our members, fellow associates and growing list of producers around the world.

The vocation of a Booking Associate at ROCKNEVENTS is to attract rockstar members and connect them to the timeless event experience produced by TEAM RNE. The booking associate will strive to close all booking oppportunitieis in the sphere of Wedding & Special Events services. The perfect candidate we seek will innovate, create and travel to source the people in need or our superpowers! The booking associate will report to the company Booking Manager and utilize systems, plans, tools and strategies to meet the monthly connection quota.

Career Requirements:

Degree in business marketing or relevant field

2-Year experience in Hospitality, Sales and/or Marketing is a plus

Good understanding of office management, sales and marketing principles, and market research techniques

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to multiple deadlines

Organized and detail oriented

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building partnerships with necessary venues and motivating referral business plans

  • Motivating marketing department in updating online platforms with new portfolio content

  • Conduct and attend monthly sales meetings to motivate fellow booking associates

  • Develop new sales concepts for the company to increase sales

  • Assist Booking Manager is conducting monthly sales reports

  • Attracting online leads, and responding effectively, efficiently and through the proper Sales Development process

  • Delegating and following up with leads to ensure a consultation is scheduled

  • Attending phone consultations with potential leads while motivating the sale

  • Creating Proposal Decks and distributing to potential leads

  • Assist in creation of new services to offer the world

  • Following through the official steps to The Perfect Booking

  • Following up with remote clients and attending scheduled consultations

  • Following through the official steps to The Perfect Sale

  • Connecting new member to the perfect producer at ROCKNEVENTS

  • Traveling to the next destination to build relationships, referral systems and more.

  • Delegating the start-to-finish Welcome Member Journey to Booking Associate
