Henry & Kristine : Something Rustic, Something Blue by Jenny Chang

This Something Rustic & Something Blue style wedding took place at The Walnut Grove in Moorepark, CA. The couple tied the knot in the windblown grass, under a twig arch decorated with blue, blush, and white floral arrangements & draping. The isle was alined with tree stumps embellished with large mason jars filled with variations of pink and white flowers. A candle lighting ceremony (when a bride & groom light unity candles symbolizing the union of two hearts and lives) and a kissed established the two as husband & wife!

As guest left the ceremony and headed to cocktail hour they were presented with a giant Jenga set & other lawn games, Photo Booth, open bar, and great music. The escort cards were written on mini wood slabs on a table filled with pictures of the bride & groom. The reception was decorated with votive candles, lots of lanterns, beautiful centerpieces, a sweet table to die for. Speaking of sweet, the sweet heart table was accompanied by a hanging lantern back drop, rustic chalkboard Mr & Mrs signs, and more beautiful floral arrangements. After sunset the reception was lit with string lights like breathtaking stars in the moon light & the bride, groom, & their guest got rock'n on the dance floor! The night was both grand & fun! Rock N' Events designed this wedding to be rustic & chic.

Let's Give Thanks by Jenny Chang

Let's Give Thanks With Thanksgiving right around the corner, all I can think about is the delicious Thanksgiving dinner table, full of amazing, heart-felt platters awaiting my mouth's arrival. Though Fall is not the most popular season for weddings, they do still indeed exist and are a wonderful time to consider celebrating your special day! Thanksgiving meals are awaited throughout the year and why not incorporate this anticipated dinner meal into your special wedding day. It would be a great treat for your guests that I am sure they cannot refuse. Of course, with dinner, comes dessert! Caramel apples and pumpkin pie are only a few of many inspirations for your Thanksgiving themed wedding dessert table! The ideas are endless. But the designs do not stop there, let Thanksgiving and all its meaning be an influence to your Fall wedding!
